AI Assistant

Bayyin's AI Assistant is a smart chat interface built into your dashboard. Write your request in Arabic or English — in everyday language — and the assistant executes it or prepares a draft for your review and confirmation before saving.

Ask for information and see it directly in the chat without searching menus:

• Show an invoice by number or list recent invoices
• Customer list and details for a customer by name
• Customer account statement with current balance
• Products, stock levels, and prices
• Recent expenses, employees, and suppliers
• Active works and projects
• Dashboard summary: revenue, expenses, overdue items

For operations that change your data, the assistant prepares a draft for review. Nothing is saved until you click Confirm:

• Standard or simplified tax invoice draft
• Quotation draft with discounts on total or line items
• Add a new product with name, price, and quantity
• Add a new customer or employee
• Record an operating expense

Request a specific report and see its summary in the chat:

• Sales report for a selected period
• VAT report
• Profit and loss
• Aging and customer overdue balances
• Low stock products
• Top selling products

Attach an invoice image (JPG or PNG) or capture one with your camera:

• The assistant extracts invoice data from the image
• Supports photographed paper and e-invoices
• Requires an AI API key enabled in platform settings
• Maximum 8 MB per image

The assistant works within a clear security framework:

• Respects your account role and team permissions
• Limited to your current business data only
• Daily message limit per plan — remaining count shown in the UI
• Sensitive operations require your explicit confirmation

The AI Assistant is not a fixed feature — it's a growing platform. With every Bayyin update we expand assistant capabilities: new commands, additional reports, and deeper accounting integration.

The assistant adapts to your plan features: if payroll, purchases, or advanced accounting are enabled for your business, it can access and answer questions about them.

Ask "What can you do?" anytime for an up-to-date list of capabilities for your business.

1. Sign in to your dashboard and select your business.
2. Ensure your plan includes AI Assistant (see Pricing page).
3. Click AI Assistant in the sidebar or floating button.
4. Type your request or pick a ready suggestion from shortcuts.
5. Review any draft and click Confirm to save it to the system.
