By creating an account or using Bayyin services you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
Description of service
Bayyin is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) accounting and e-invoicing platform for businesses in Saudi Arabia.
We strive to provide a stable, secure service but maintenance or updates may cause downtime. We will notify you of planned outages when possible.
Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Registration information must be accurate and current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the service.
Subscription and payment
Paid plans are subject to subscription fees shown on our website. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. We may change prices with prior notice to existing subscribers.
Data and ownership
Your business data (invoices, customers, products) remains yours. We grant you a license to use the platform to manage this data.
We do not sell your data to third parties. See our privacy policy for collection and use details.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee it is error-free but make reasonable efforts to ensure quality and compliance.
We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits from use of the service. Total liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the prior twelve months.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription anytime from account settings. Access remains until the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations or non-payment. You may request data export before final closure.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are resolved amicably first; otherwise referred to competent courts in the Kingdom.
