Chart of accounts

Your account tree. System accounts (cash, AR, inventory, VAT, etc.) are used by automatic posting.

Assets, liabilities, equity, revenue, expenses. Add sub-accounts as needed while keeping system codes for automation.

Accounts like 1000 Cash, 1200 AR, 1300 Inventory, 2100/2200 VAT, 4000 Sales, 5000 COGS power invoicing and reports.

Saudi detailed charts may add a combined VAT account beside system VAT codes. The VAT summary reads both.

Tip: Don’t delete an account with a balance — archive or stop manual posting instead.
